Consigning with French Courtyard

We strive to make consigning a pleasant and straightforward experience. We accept furniture and accessories that are high quality, in excellent condition, and a good fit for our showroom. We also love antiques—beautiful pieces have stories, and we’re always happy to help share them.

Every item on our showroom floor is carefully hand selected. For this reason, we’re unable to accept items that are worn, dirty, or stained.

Submitting Your Items

Please email clear photos of your item(s), along with any details that may help us evaluate them. At a minimum, include dimensions and the manufacturer, if known.

Photos are required for all furniture submissions.

Approval Process

We review submissions based on the photos and information you provide. In some cases, we may ask to see an item in person before setting a price. You’ll hear back from us within three business days if we feel your item is a good fit for our store.

Pricing & Consignment Terms

We price items thoughtfully to create value for both our consignors and our customers.

• Furniture is consigned for 120 days

• Accessories are consigned for 60 days

• Sales are split 50/50 between the consignor and the store

While your item is with us, we kindly ask that it not be listed or advertised elsewhere, including on social media. If an item is advertised externally, pricing may be adjusted at the discretion of the store.

Payment Details

Payments are issued on the 15th of the month following the sale. Checks are available for pickup at the store.

• Checks are held for three months

• Unclaimed checks after three months are voided and funds forfeited

• We don’t automatically notify consignors when items sell, so please feel free to call us anytime to check on your pieces
